On behalf of M/S ARIF ENTERPRISE, I declare that I have never been convicted of any offense involving any type of harm to a child or children, nor have I ever been warned or cautioned concerning such a matter. We have a legal Contractor License to provide service in Bangladesh under license number-355/2017-2018 (License of Contractor Organization). I also declare that there are no civil or criminal proceedings of any nature pending against me at the date of this declaration relating to any allegation concerning any type of harm to a child or children. I understand that where any Regulated Activity is carried out in connection with the project I (and any member of staff or individual engaged by me in connection with the project) will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure check. I shall monitor the level and validity of the checks for each member of staff or other individual engaged by me to carry out Regulated Activity in connection with the Project. We, as M/S ARIF ENTERPRISE always protect the rights of the children, we: ● Never employ a child (below 18 years) to work for us. ● Zero tolerance against any harm to Children. ● Do not use child image for our benefit. ● Adhere to the child protection policy of the organization where we work. ● Create an environment for children to grow, learn and prosper.

Since 2007 the company has operated business committed to being a service provider of choice to owners, developers, and clients throughout the country. Arif’s first and foremost commitment is to our local community, using a local workforce. As we continued to experience service demands from the local community our small business expanded into what it is today, a ‘multi-faceted’ engineering company. From our original scope of repairs and maintenance we now provide a full range of engineering services as a Master Service Contractor, Supplier and Service Provider. Today we operate from our original location offering a modern facility with a General and High-Skill Labor, Logistic Support, design and drafting department, fitting and machine shop, welding bays, fabrication and assembly areas, industrial blasting and painting, Mechanical component repairs, retail sales store and corporate services office.

Over the years we have built a stable workforce with many of our employees being ‘long term employees’. Loyalty and commitment are values we promote amongst all our employees, from apprentices and trainees through to senior management. We support our local community by providing career opportunities for local people. Each year we offer two apprenticeships and or traineeships in the trades we require. I am proud of our ability to be able to offer these career opportunities for our young people. Today, several of our qualified and experienced tradespeople in fact commenced employment with the Company as an apprentice tradesperson.
